International Law: An Indian Perspective

ABSTRACT


As human civilization has progressed throughout the years, international law has emerged, to be more precise evolved accentuating and highlighting its universality on every step.


Respecting "the fundamental considerations of mankind" is a moral and legal requirement or a prerequisite for all parties involved in a conflict involving weapons.


Thus, it is important to look for and pinpoint the historical underpinnings of that law's tenets in Indian civilization throughout history and connect them to the modern day.


This article aims to provide a general overview of some of the issues of international law as they have developed in India. Research materials have always have to be chosen with an eclectic eye.
