ABSTRACT
With advancement of technology and digitalization in today’s era, the paper discusses the concept of Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Right and their convergence. The wires of network today are at its peak and is affecting the lives of people in day-to-day management by making their lives and work easier. The paper in detail enumerates the idea behind creating Artificial intelligence and its functions in collaboration with different Intellectual Property Rights like Patent Act, Trademark Act etc. The concept of Author has always been an important aspect to discuss upon, specially when it is an era of digital trade. The paper demonstrates the concept of Author with respect to India and United States. With the increase of technology in this digital world, it is important to understand the concept of author of incorporeal properties. The new professionals in this area of law have to have an in-depth knowledge regarding the concept and the clear interpretation of the statute, to fight or defend their client. Artificial Intelligence has made the life of the people very flexible, but the reliability is still an issue to resolve. The paper will only explain the major concepts involves and their functions with their respective regulations. Thus, the paper articulates the various aspects of Artificial Intelligence in collaboration with Intellectual Property Right.
