India’s Development In Justice System

ABSTRACT

This paper chiefly categorized the Indian judicial system, it stated that, how justice system works in India for the citizen with defining the word justice in clear perspective. The paper also explains the justice system in mediaeval era and courts system by the king. It briefly gave the origin of courts in India with explaining the major levels. Also, it explains the Lok Adalat and Panchayati raj with various acts and articles. It majorly discusses the recent developments of judicial system in India and also discussing the delays in justice by the maxim justice delayed is justice denied. It suggests the future expectations and development in courts system by giving the brief of Alternative Dispute Resolution method. It also expects an ideal justice system in India with spreading the knowledge, the hope of quick trial procedure.
