ABSTRACT


This article explores the complex situation revolving around India’s legalization of cryptocurrency in the wake of its exponential worldwide growth. This article examines the history and workings of cryptocurrencies and the different stances taken by countries, including Saudi Arabia, the USA, the European Union, and China. It discusses the problem of recognizing them as legal, transparent, and reliable. This paper analyses how important it is to have strong regulations and international support for the legalization of cryptocurrency in India.
