ABSTRACT

At present, the generation of wastes is increasing rapidly and the management of waste is not at proper way and accurate time which increases the risk of human as well as environmental health. There are potential risks to human health from improper handling of wastes. Direct health risks concern mainly the workers in this field, who need to be protected, as far as possible, from contact with wastes. There are also specific risks in handling wastes from hospitals and clinics. The organic fraction of wastes is an important component, not only because it constitutes a sizable fraction of the waste stream, but also because of its potentially adverse impact upon public health and environmental quality. In this article, the researcher has tried to mention the impact of improper management of wastes on flora and fauna.
