ABSTRACT
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a common technology that makes accessing our professional and private lives less difficult and more convenient. Whether we have knowledge of it or not, AI influence how we live our lives. Although the legal services sector has generally opposed new technology, AI is beginning to have a substantial impact on law firms. Artificial intelligence (AI) in law practises has the potential to significantly boost productivity and save costs for firms by automating mundane operations like document management, billing, and legal research and analysis. The legal profession as well as a few different areas of the law will be significantly impacted by the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence. AI has the ability to fundamentally alter the way attorneys practise. To anticipate the outcomes of court cases, artificial intelligence (AI) is already being employed in research and experimental programmes. Automating routine chores like the creation of NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) along with other lower- exposure or lower-liability contracts is helping lawyers. AI is also saving time for in-house lawyers by using data samples to find relevant documents in conjunction with e-discovery requests. AI can also help with the automation of procedures and operations, such as collecting and analysing of clauses for use in transaction due diligence processes. Artificial intelligence has become extremely popular and necessary because it is based on the data service sectors. Technology like artificial intelligence is making a beneficial difference in our daily lives. It also contributes to our daily concerns by suggesting articles and news items of interest to us and serving as a reminder for meetings. Artificial intelligence has the ability to change how people interact with one another. Along with changing how they interact with the digital world, people are also changing how they interact with one another at work and with other socioeconomic organisations.
