1. Introduction
Human trafficking is a severe violation of human rights. each pressing year, thousands of women, men and children become prey to the traffickers in their countries and across borders. Human trafficking is defined according to the Palermo protocol, a united nations convention against transnational organized crime. It is defined as "recruitment, transport, harbouring or receipt of a person by such means of coercion, fraud for the purpose of exploitation"1. Human trafficking is divided into three types which are forced labour, sex trafficking and domestic enslavement and other subtypes include child labour, trafficking humans for marriage forcefully, and another one is illegal organ trading. It is developing at a high rate because the vulnerability of people in areas of conflict is increasing, leading to the rise of the phenomenon. Thus these conflict zones create conditions that benefit human traffickers. Victims of trafficking are disposed to a foreign land where they do not know the local language or culture, and their foreignness increases their vulnerability and dejects them from voicing their rights. The report mainly focuses on two types of trafficking, which are rapidly growing because of their demand and are more life-threatening and the most difficult ones to get rid of, sex trafficking and organ trafficking. Focusing on South Asia, it was reported that children and women in south Asia are more vulnerable and are prone to exploitation. Solving the problem of human trafficking includes a few elements. The instruments contain arrangements on a scope of issues, including criminalization, help to and assurance for casualties; the status of casualties in the getting states; bringing home of casualties; preventive measures; activities to beat the interest down and data. The study also includes how human traffickers use techniques to trap their targets and mentions provisions of law available and cases relating to human trafficking.
Possible suggestions and findings provide information and awareness about human trafficking's and its potential risks.
