"No work is trivial. All actions that support humanity have dignity and importance and must be done with meticulous perfection."

INTRODUCTION

Migrant workers are those workers who migrate from one region to another within a state or country to take up seasonal or temporary or part-time work in different regions. Migrant workers who are not organized in any trade union and their work standards are not protected by the government as well as trade unions, these migrant workers belong to illiterate, ignorant and deprived community. They do not get the minimum wages prescribed in the Minimum Wages Act. One of the reasons for human rights violations of state immigrants in India is political and economic, state diaspora being foreigners in another state, they do not vote and therefore cannot put governments under electoral pressure.

Before the early modern era, feudalism and slavery were the dominant political and economic systems in Europe. These systems were based on holding all land in a jagir or fee, and were characterized by the lord’s relationship with the vassal, and tribute, legal and military service of tenants, and confiscation. Many historians have argued that the system was also established in some Latin American countries after the European settlement.
