Abstract


Human right violations have been happening over a long time. There has been many incidents over the time which have set a traumatizing affect on the human race in general. The aim of this Article is to talk about and discuss preciously the Human Right Violation during the Chechen War. The article will focus on the facts of the situation which led to the rise of Chechen War. The objective of this article is also to highlight the factors created by the Russian Government and their political agenda in reference to the Chechen War. This article will seek to discuss and present all the possible facts which lead to the rise of Chechen War and what kind of Human Right Violation was experienced in such kind of Situation at last. For the purpose of this research doctrinal source of information is used and the scope of information is limited the Human right violation during the Chechen War.
