This paper aims to explore the profound impact of digitization and e- commerce on trademark protection strategies in India. With the rapid growth of online transactions and proliferation of digital platforms, trademarks are now more exposed to infringement risks than ever before. Through an analysis of the changing landscape of trademark usage, enforcement challenges and emerging best practices, this research sheds light on the complexities and opportunities inherent in the safeguarding trademarks in this digital age.
