Gender Discrimination In Marriage And Divorce

ABSTRACT


Discrimination in gender is an unequal behavior of an individual or a person which drastically puts impacts on human life. Whenever any individual or person denied any opportunity for his or her gender, it a very pathetic situation is created for them. As we know gender is not an issue to deny any individual. But still discrimination exists in our society. A big discrimination is created in form of Gender discrimination in our society especially for women. In this study, the research has been made on the gender discrimination and empowerment of women which is a global issue in world-wide arena. This study helps to find out the women who discriminated in our society. In rural areas still today women have been discriminated, especially when a child born is girl. In this study, the quantitative method of research design and a questionnaire tool for data collection has been used.
