ABSTRACT

Climate change is a weather occurrence that is changing the environment and living patterns of human beings. Tribal migration, heat waves, rising global temperatures, landslides, and drought are only a few instances of how climate change can be noticed visually. This article explores the urgent issues surrounding climate change adaptation and mitigation, particularly in the G20 countries comprising both industrialized and developing countries. The G20 countries have recently focused their efforts on combating the effects of climate change because of the problem's urgency. The doctrinal legal method is used in this study, which entails examining internet-based secondary data sources. The research paper stresses the importance of considering the perspectives and contributions of academics and researchers in addressing present issues and suggests that these can provide valuable insights and solutions to help mitigate the risks posed by climate change.
