ABSTRACT

A lot of us now know what artificial intelligence, or AI, is. Many individuals believe this is the discovery that, in the next few decades, will fundamentally change our planet. One important concern about the challenges and issues that artificial intelligence can raise in terms of Intellectual property rights (IPR) is the ability of the technology to manufacture and develop information, content, inventions, and technologies. This article aims to examine India's intellectual property laws to ascertain the legitimacy of intellectual property produced by artificial intelligence and whether such content will be regarded as the same as that produced by humans.
