ABSTRACT

Clinicians in our culture are growing increasingly worried about comfort care and quality of life issues for patients with life-threatening diseases such advanced cancer and Tuberculosis. The present paper observed basic concepts of Euthanasia inclusive of difference between euthanasia and suicide further this research paper deals about Constitutional provisions and chronology of the legal advancements. In this research paper Comparative study of euthanasia in India and other countries has been done observed. The various types of euthanasia has been discussed in this research paper further discussed along with arguments on pros and cons on Legalization of euthanasia in India. Further this present paper also emphasises the Controversy on the basis of suicide by comparing with other countries. Legal precedents with respect to Euthanasia and this research paper also emphasises with Arguments in Favour or against with various suggestions.
