ABSTRACT
In the face of pressing global challenges, youth-driven innovation has become a catalyst for sustainable progress. This paper explores the transformative role of Intellectual Property (IP) in empowering young
innovators to drive meaningful change. By safeguarding creativity through patents, trademarks, and copyrights, IP serves as a cornerstone for fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among youth. However, young innovators often face barriers such as high application costs and limited legal resources,
hindering their potential. This study highlights collaborative solutions, including mentorship, technological support, and policy reforms, to create a more inclusive and youth-friendly IP landscape. Empowering youth through IP not only accelerates sustainable innovation but also paves the way for a brighter, more equitable future.
