Deepak Jaisal & Ravi Prakash Rahul, Ph.D. Research Scholars, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow

ABSTRACT

The constitutional provisions protecting women's rights in India form a crucial foundation for gender equality and women's empowerment. While these provisions are essential, their practical implementation remains a challenge. Ensuring the rights and dignity of women requires not only legal safeguards but also a change in societal attitudes and behaviors. It is the collective responsibility of government agencies, civil society, and individuals to work together to create a more inclusive and equitable society where women can enjoy their rights without fear or discrimination.

Keywords: Domestic violence, empowerment, digital media, protection officer, community policing.
