Emergency Provisions In India

ABSTRACT

Indian Constitution is the largest and lengthiest written constitution in the world. It includes many provisions amongst which one is Emergency. Emergency in itself means a situation in need for call for action in urgent. India too has Emergency provisions dealing with 3 types of Emergency situations and how they are carried. This paper with deal with What is Emergency in India and how many types of emergencies we have. Also we will look at how they are imposed in the country and what consequences do they have when they are once imposed.
