Education In India: An Analysis

ABSTRACT


Education should change according to the needs of the time and the changes in the world situation. It provides an opportunity to think critically about the social, economic, cultural, ethical and spiritual issues facing humanity. India needs more skilled and educated workers to take our economy forward. There are many Indians nearby who are recognized for their talents and skills. To develop India as an educational hub or a successful partner in the global economy, India needs to increase its value in general education and higher education, especially in the field of research and development. This article focuses on the overall performance of Indian higher education. We try to find steps from the government to improve the standards of education. This article aims to identify the common problems and issues in higher education in India. Finally, the article concludes that the program needs solutions that include the expectations of many stakeholders such as male students, business, schools, parents and the government, as well as the needs of employers and youth.
