ABSTRACT

Women's safety in India is a major concern both inside and outside the home through this topic, we explore the link between women’s economic empowerment, strong status, their rights, and their self reliance status and incidents of domestic violence. Through of domestic violence. Through this research, we want to know whether empowering through income and wealth reduces the chances of them becoming victims of domestic violence in this research by topic, we want to show that domestic violence is more with women from the lowest socio economic level. The level of domestic violence can be reduced by making women self reliant highest percentage of women believe that law educational qualification is also one of the main reasons for domestic violence. Higher education can prevent domestic violence and the second main cause of domestic violence is gender discrimination. If women are highly educated then they will also be aware of their rights. As a result of which any member of the house hold will definitely think before torturing them. That is the higher education awareness and self confidence of women will make them successful.
