ABSTRACT:

Globalisation, urbanisation, technological development are due to human advancement. We humans are now capable enough to produce nuclear weapon and even a spacecraft to the dark side of the moon. Yet there many things in our globe in which we can neither control nor predict, those are natural disasters. These are caused by the invincible aura called the nature, it is powerful infinity times than us humans. Sometimes these natural disasters are caused by us humans which may be called as a human disaster. In this paper we aim to study one kind of natural disaster or might be a human disaster- the landslides and how the administrators tackle it in terms of people welfare, social responsibility and economy.
