ABSTRACT
The study and philosophy of law known as jurisprudence looks at the making, using, and enforcing of laws. Around the world, legal systems have been significantly shaped by the growth and advancements in jurisprudence. New legal theories and methods have developed over time, reflecting shifting social, political, and economic realities. The rise of legal positivism, natural law, and critical legal studies are a few significant advancements in jurisprudence. In addition, new legal disciplines like cyber law and intellectual property law have emerged as a result of technological advancements. The study of jurisprudence will always be necessary to comprehend the values and principles that underlie the law as well as the opportunities and challenges presented by newly emerging legal issues as legal systems continue to develop.
