Further it brings in suggestions for a better implementation of the Act. The Article concludes that the Act has been implemented in an extremely cautious manner and it is providing effective remedies for delayed possessions, not completing construction in due time to the flat/plot purchasers, failure to provide occupancy certificate, and such other deficient services.
