Deaths By Suicide In The Film Industry: A Comparative And Circumstantial Approach

ABSTRACT

Suicide is an act of violence against oneself that results in death Suicide is the fourth leading cause of death among 15–29-year-olds. There are various factors influencing someone to take their own life. The purpose of this research is to examine Death by suicide stories of celebrities. The life of a celebrity does undoubtedly have a dark side. The fact that many celebrities struggle with depression, anxiety, and even severe mental disorders or illnesses, and that some of them become so agitated and anxious that they consider suicide as a final resort. Celebrities have complicated mental health requirements, they are facing various psychological issues include a refusal to give up fame, mistrust, isolation, and character-splitting. Despite being aware of the mental health issues, these worries may be the cause of the delay in or lack of treatment-seeking behavior or supporting care. In order to address the mental health of celebrities, who are at danger, mental health services and support systems should be made available. Celebrities should take into account certain prevention measures that Centre on the early detection of suicide risk.
