ABSTRACT

In the age of the globalization, there is a need to enter into the international markets for a company, and with increasing competition, the acquisition of the companies has come into the place. In this research paper, the focus of the studies will be the cross-border acquisition, which means the takeover of the company in other countries to enter into that country's market and gain more profits. But with cross-border, there are a lot of legal issues which are faced by the companies, and the process of the acquisition can take a long time. This paper studies the legal challenges of cross borders faced by India and the UK. And the laws related to the cross-border acquisition.
