ABSTRACT

The government functions with public trust as its basement. Judicial transparency and Judicial Responsibility are points that play a vital role in assuring the public trust remains real. Though Independence of Judiciary is a introductory structure of the Indian Constitution judicial accountability and judicial transparency also has an inversely important function. therefore from claims of Nepotism in appointment, NJAC, Administration of Judges, Promotion, Transfer of Judges to reason behind judge’s decision judicial transparency has a vital role. This paper attempts to bring to light the vital role of judicial transparency with contemporary aftereffects and the way forward for judiciary. This paper will also attempt to bring to light the features and necessity of transparency in judiciary at this age and time.
