ABSTRACT
With the evolution of technology, mankind is advancing progressively. Almost everything in our society has been digitalized to the extent that artificial intelligence is being used in almost every field. AI is now crucial to a wide range of businesses, like healthcare systems, economics, commerce, and industry, and is not just confined to the provision of medical services. During the COVID-19 crisis, it appeared helpful to implement AI technology in hospital facilities. Even though there are several advantages, the increase in disputes challenging surgical robots with artificial intelligence is alarming. According to some research, there will be major technological improvements by 2035, but like all advancements, there will also be drawbacks. There are apparent developments in artificial super intelligence which are developed to compete with natural intellect. AI is probably going to have a bigger and bigger impact on health care costs in the years to come. Patient records with AI capabilities have already been getting increasingly important in medical negligence lawsuits. This paper is designed especially to examine the particular legal ramifications of AI in medical services in terms of current tort, medical negligence, and other laws.
