1.1 ABSTRACT


This article mainly focuses on what is corporate social responsibility, and the main purpose for which it is involved in the business. This abstract examines the many facets of corporate social responsibility (CSR), dissecting its essential elements and offering a comprehensive strategy for businesses looking to optimize their beneficial influence. We stress the value of stakeholder involvement and call on businesses to jointly identify and resolve urgent social and environmental challenges. Additionally, we place a strong emphasis on encouraging transparency, integrating CSR into the core business plan, and establishing specific goals with quantifiable data. This article contains in-depth information about how legal perspective as well as ethical perspective is important in the industry. This also encompasses the dissatisfaction of people towards ethical business. and India’s CSR policies and punishments for the violations. This article has information about what advantages CSR has on people and businesses and how can it be developed.
