ABSTRACT
Copyright protection plays a vital role in safeguarding the creative works of individuals, including cinematographic works. This abstract provides a concise overview of copyright protection in relation to cinematographic works. It explores the fundamental principles, legal frameworks, and challenges associated with copyright protection in the realm of film production and distribution. The abstract highlights the purpose of copyright, which grants exclusive rights to creators and owners, allowing them to control the use, reproduction, and distribution of their works. Cinematographic works encompass various elements, including visual images, audio components, dialogue, screenplay, and music, all contributing to the artistic expression of a film.
