ABSTRACT

There are many parts of India's internet economy that make it hard to keep private data and intellectual property safe. It's becoming more and more important to protect intellectual property and personal information as the number of places to share and enjoy digital content grows. In India, it might be hard for platforms, users, and content companies to protect their own rights without violating the rights of others. This piece shows how concerns about copyright and data privacy have changed over time in India. This study looks at foreign examples, case studies, and changes to regulations to find ways to deal with property issues and protect data privacy standards in India's constantly changing digital world. It is very important to protect data, copyright rules, the internet, and intellectual property rights in this technological age.
