ABSTRACT
Consumers are generally understood as a person who use or consume goods or avails any service for consideration. As we know, the consumers are the core crux of every business including retail and B2B customers, the main objective of any kind of business is to satisfy their customers. Our society depends on business, which has an impact on our communities, areas, and people. In the current competitive business environment, companies need to balance competing demands on their time, money, and attention while coming up with innovative solutions to the social, economic, and environmental impacts of conducting business. To build a sustainable business, established organizations must connect corporate social responsibility (CSR) with their business plan. The notion that a company has an obligation to the society in which it operates is known as corporate social responsibility. It also describes how a company’s effort is beneficial for society. The research paper will deal with Consumer Protection laws in India and how the existing act tightens the current regulations and suggests numerous steps to further protect consumer rights. It further revolves around the concept of CSR and its impact on Consumers.
