INTRODUCTION

In India religion have always been a way of life. In contemporary India there have been ample instances which shows the value of religion in citizens life from Kumbh Mela to Prakash Utsav we can see there is ample impact of religion. The issue which is going to be dealt is different as in the words of honourable Supreme court Judge D.Y Chandrachud stated that there will be down turning of promise made to the ancestors who have accepted to a libertarian constitution and its ethos and there must be a check to all the religious fanatics for there remarks or action which will cause skirmish between the different religion followers in our country. This comment came from recent spate of cases from Ayodhya to Hadiya where there is always a contest between constitutional morality as well as religious morality and it’s the supreme court who have to find a way for justice and that justice must not be ante to constitution.
