Constitutional Insight And Analytical Assessment Of Women’s Rights In India

ABSTRACT


Women have been played an important role in Indian culture and society since ancient times. In spite of these achievements, women in India still face significant challenges. Constitution of India guarantees and give assurance of equality to women and provide esteem power to state to take measures against the discrimination of women’s rights in India. Provision of set of rights by Government of India which are very crucial for every women to get protected. This paper traces the facts and analytical assessment of women rights in india and shows the contradictory status of the women’s rights in India. Increase in crime against women indicates failure of system and the state to protect the rights and dignity of women. In this analytical assessment rise in crime against women and absence of will and wish of the state shows that the women in India are in less priority in schedule of development of the state. This document is putting submission in regards Implementation of Constitutional remedies and relief and protection of rights of women and also action plan and primary solutions [First Aid] about the same.
