ABSTRACT

The constitution and constitutionalism are related in the creation of democracy, with some countries originating without the ideas of constitutionalism. The Constitution is the cornerstone of any state's administration and demonstration of the government-building process. Furthermore, constitutionalism is seen as a partition of authority among several constitutional organs. A term for restricting governmental power and preventing the arbitrary use of power form. We employ data from secondary data sources to construct, such as the constitution and Constitutionalism is concerned with the establishment of a democratic society for its citizens. The effect of our data demonstrate constitutionalism and non-constitutionalism in democracy.

In this paper talks about the constitutional within the relation of constitutionalism with the perspective on India. Constitutionalism accepts the need for government but insists on limiting governmental authority. In this paper has giving a positive approach to the constitutionalism in Indian society. A constitution is a charter of governance that derives its whole power from the people. The term "constitutionalism" signifies "limited governance" or "government restriction." It is the polar opposite of arbitrary powers. The Main goal of this research paper is to define the concepts of constitutionalism and the Constitution in India.
