Concept Of Absolute Liability And Its Present Legal Scenario

ABSTRACT

This research paper analyses the “no-fault liability”. It has refereed to different case laws articles, journals, etc, and reaches that the concept of absolute liability is very essential and now it followed in many cases in our country. It has stricter provisions in comparison to strict liability. Part one of this research deals with the evolution of the concept of “no-fault liability”, further it deals with its necessity of the concept, thirdly, presents a judicial approach. It has been shown about the concept of “no-fault liability” and its legal scenario.
