Comparative Analysis Of Emergency Powers Of India And United States During The Pandemic

ABSTRACT


The coronavirus is a pandemic that has affected everyone on this planet, either directly or indirectly which in turn has affected the administration of most of the countries. As we know, India follows a parliamentary government with Prime Minister, head of the government, while US follows a presidential government with the president being the head of the state. In this research paper, doctrinal research methods are used to do a comparative analysis in the background of Emergency Powers of India and US during the pandemic.
