ABSTRACT

Not only India but the whole world is facing the environment challenges today. Change in weather and climate change is two different things and through this article we will come to know about the key difference between the two. Due to increase in average global temperature the climate change and global warming is taking place. Human beings are known to be the main cause for increase in average global temperature but not only human beings but natural events are also responsible and one of the main cause of change in the climate. Carbon dioxide, Methane, Nitrous oxide, chlorofluorocarbons, these are the greenhouse gases, and when there is increase in these gases in the atmosphere then global warming take place. These gases are very harmful for the environment and can remain in the atmosphere for more than 40 to 100 years. There is so much concern now about the climate change because it has direct impact on health issues. We can regularly see in the news about the rising sea level and polar ice caps are melting.

Climate change impact human health by worsening air and water quality, increasing the spread of certain diseases, and altering the frequency or intensity of extreme weather events communities and ecosystems, Increases in the frequency and intensity of extreme weather events, such as heat waves, droughts, and floods, can. Rising sea level threatens coastal increase losses to property, cause costly disruptions to society, and reduce the affordability of insurance.
