ABSTRACT

This study has been undertaken to hand out cognizance relating to the major evidence that was brought up in light of the Aarushi Hemraj Case. To our understanding, Circumstantial evidence can be considered as a thread of events that when put together creates a web that may lead to the conclusion of the occurrence of crime and this article emphasizes on the series of events that may lead to circumstantial evidence as there was no direct evidence present in the case.
