ABSTRACT


The issue of the right to health has become a prominent topic of discussion in the new millennium. Specifically, the right to health for children demands significant attention, considering that children represent the future of the world. This chapter aims to analyze and comprehend the various dimensions of children's right to health within the context of the Indian government's policies, programs, legislation, and judicial responses in this regard. Health is a crucial prerequisite for achieving overall physical, mental, and social well-being, and as such, it is a fundamental right of every human being, without any form of discrimination or distinction.
