ABSTRACT


An assessment of the challenges and implications of the Kosovo conflict within the framework of international trade law. The study delves into the intricate relationship between conflict dynamics and trade regulations, shedding light on the multifaceted consequences for the economic development of Kosovo and its global trade relations. It examines the immediate and long-term challenges that have arisen as a result of the conflict, considering factors such as disrupted supply chains, infrastructure damage, and the displacement of businesses. These challenges have hindered Kosovo's ability to fully integrate into the global economy, posing obstacles to trade growth and economic stability.


Furthermore, the implications of conflict-related issues on international trade law and agreements. It scrutinizes how the conflict has influenced trade policies, tariffs, and investment regulations in Kosovo, and the subsequent impact on its trade partnerships. Additionally, the research investigates the role of international organizations and trade bodies in mediating and mitigating the economic fallout of the conflict.
