ABSTRACT

Generally, a Business is considered to be an entity or organization that brings together individuals with a shared interest and engages in commercial, industrial activities. They provide goods and services for profit. As technology grows and advances and sharing and copying improves, the biggest challenge for every company today is protecting sensitive business information. Such as confidential information may include business strategies, compilations, designs, drawings, formulas, etc. However, not all types of information can be counted as sensitive information. In the process of protecting this information, many organizations may face threats. These threats can be internal or external. Internal sources may include employees, contractors, and other people within your company who have access to such information. Therefore, this article deals and safeguards a trade secret in the field of business law and analyses whether there are laws applicable to protect the interests of businessmen.
