ABSTRACT


Biological invasion is a major component of change and it affect eminent feature of global change, with substantial impacts on the ecology and human livelihoods. The research explains that the number and impacts of foreign specie rise in the native diversity. It is the call for the legal authority as well as to the scientist to understand the major impact of biological invasions with the present establishment of biological diversity act. The concept will be important to aware research, policy makers, stakeholders and the common public. It is significant for the scientific community to understand the legal framework and methods for biological invasions to develop a foundation to manage future biological invasions. the approach to manage the challenge of biodiversity. Rural area economic mostly depend on natural resources. The local people of the area help to conserve habitat that support their livelihoods. The study will take place by applying the methodologies to present understand of biological invasion; how the legal frame work of biodiversity give protection and the economic associated with the rural livelihood. This research paper will improve the wider socioeconomic dimension of biological invasion. This also give an information to policy makers associated with threats as well as opportunities with the global trade associated with Biodiversity.
