ABSTRACT
Artificial Intelligence, often trimmed to AI, has made rapid growth in recent years. The concept primarily focused in science fiction has emerged as an integral part of our daily lives. What we once saw as a futuristic technology, is now a driving force behind countless innovations. What we thought was impossible some 10 years ago can now be done within seconds. Companies often use the term to attract investments or researchers to find the required information. It plays a crucial role in decision-making, system control and creative tasks. But the challenge which has arisen is to ensure that these systems are conceived thoughtfully, utilised responsibly and fairly. This article explores the opportunities created by AI and its influences on human rights, consisting of problems including privacy, equality, and duty. It examines the challenges and possibilities posed by means of AI technologies and advocates for a human-centric method to AI improvement and governance that prioritises the safety and merchandising of human rights.
