ABSTRACT

Developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence have happened at a breakneck pace over the last few years. This, in turn, has bought about a plethora of new developments in almost all spheres of law around the world, including IP law. This article focuses on how IP law has and is harnessing the incredible benefits that integrating AI into IP law brings while also taking a look at the numerous issues and challenges that have arisen in the IP law arena due to the advent of AI with the help of both real and hypothetical scenarios.
