In the past few years, we have seen a tremendous growth of the use and involvement of Internet and cyber space all over the world affecting almost every segment of the human life. Internet with its multi-dimensional uses, convenience and advantages has become the guide and facilitator for the various human activities. No sphere of human life and activities is left untouched by the influence and impact of internet owing to its infinite ability and potential for the human activities including the economic and commercial aspects. Internet had made the business simpler, convenient and far reaching, making it possible for the business and organizations to attract many more customers from all over the world as compared to the earlier times when business activities were territorially restricted. Thus, we can see a huge rise in the number of users involving themselves in multifaceted economic and commercial activities through the medium of Internet and online avenues. With this increase in the number of the netizens also increases the number of clashes and conflicts related to various aspects related to and pertaining to the cyber space.
