1. WHAT IS PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

Public procurement is referring to the process from which the government purchase goods and service for the welfare of the citizens. We give taxes to the to the respected governments for the developing and government utilize it by making roads, infrastructure, facilities etc. But it is not government who go to certain places time to time and make the roads for us. As it seems impractical so what governments do is public procurement process in its. they give invite the bides throughout the country and selects one of them whichever is seem as a better option. They awarded the bid maker the work of the certain areas we will discuss the process and legal aspect of the public procurement in this article.
