ABSTRACT
The Muslim Personal Law which governs a high population of the people all around the world, has many a flaws and discriminatory rules and traditions, which have proved to be against the fundamentals of the new world in which we live in. These laws are opposed by the citizens of the world for a safer and a more equal world, with justice as its main quality. But this article studies the parts of the Muslim Personal Law which according to the author can be justified as justice towards the people. The article goes into depth of three main categories of the personal law, namely, Maintenance, Charitable Foundations and Pre-Emption with a focus on the present Indian Laws.
