An Analysis Of The Indian Judiciary And Its Problems

ABSTRACT

This article explains the most discussed topic, that is the problem of the world's largest democracy's judicial system. When we look into the problems of Indian judicial system then We generally look into the biggest problem that is the pending number of cases in India but this is due to many others problem like, effective management of courts and cases, lack of transparency, number of vacancies judges and effective advocacy. There are many more issues but these are the basic issues that we need to know and find the solution for this because if there will be efficient judiciary then there will be effective democracy. The article will focus on the very basics and important problems in very efficient way and it also talks about the one of the less discussed problems which is corruption in the judiciary system, about which no one wants to talk but it is need of the time. The author states the causes of problems and also suggested some solutions.
