ABSTRACT
The purpose of this article is to provide insight into how the Indian Constitution is founded on the ideas of liberty, equality, fraternity, and justice. For the purpose of reaching our objective, we have conducted a thorough examination of all the magazines and publications that demonstrate a high regard for human dignity, a dedication to equality and non- discrimination, and a care for the weaker members of society. In addition, the constitution mandates that the government defend and promote liberties and guarantee a reasonable level of life for every individual. In other words, the Indian Constitution protects the fundamental human rights of every Indian citizen. This article examined the general Constitutional Laws of India and the Constitutional Amendments of India. The document also discusses the plans for achieving the aforementioned objectives, which are included in Part III and Part IV of the Constitution's Bill of Rights. Constitutional provisions guaranteeing human rights include the right to freedom, the right against exploitation, the right to freedom of religion, cultural and educational rights, the right to constitutional remedies, and specific provisions related to certain classes.
