ABSTRACT:

Early marriage and pregnancies are main considerations supporting high maternal and kid death rates in Bangladesh. This examination subject arrangements with the new issue, "Child marriage In Bangladesh", where the object of this exploration paper is to figure out the reasons and unfortunate result of such child marriage through regulation or other premise. The Child Marriage Restraint Act. 1929 (Act No. XIX of 1929) is the key legitimate arrangement which manages "Child marriage." Section 9 of this Act peruses "N0 court will take comprehension of any offense under this Act besides on a grumbling made by the Union Parishad or on the other hand in the event that there is no Union Parishad in region, by such authority as the Government may for this sake endorse, and such perception will for no situation be taken after the expiry of one year from the date on which the offense is claimed to have been committed."
