Advancement In Technology: Relation To The Competition Law

ABSTRACT

The competition law was first introduced in the nation in 1970. The first even competition law was the monopolies and restrictive trade policies. through this article, we wanted to discuss whether or not the latest technological advancement is affecting the competition law.

In this article, we had to discuss that what are the issues which are arising in the law w.r.t to change in technology and how to cure them or the subtle ways we should take the maintenance properly balance between the two.

At the last, the article discusses what are the ways and precautions we should take with respect to them and how to maintain the balance among them.
